Associate Director, R&D Operations
Kelli is Associate Director, R&D Operations at Sensorium Therapeutics, where she is currently standing up a brand new laboratory space, guiding scalability and operations processes, including building platform and pipeline informatics. Prior to Sensorium, Kelli served as Senior Manager, R&D Operations at Rheos Medicines. At Rheos she was responsible for EH&S implementation and compliance, ELN design & implementation, data integrity and analysis, and development of processes to streamline lab functionality. She also drove the development of Rheos' high throughput CRISPR screening platform, from assay miniaturization through pipeline analysis. Prior to Rheos, she served in senior research roles at Epizyme, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and ApoImmune. In these roles, she developed skills in areas including assay development/HTS, molecular biology, and mammalian and primary human cell culture. Kelli received her bachelor’s degree in Medical Microbiology and Bacteriology from Kansas State University.
